Jeff Materna – Broker in Charge

Mr. Materna is a broker with Charlotte's Preferred Brokers and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate.  He has assisted clients looking to buy or sell homes throughout the Charlotte metro area.  He has worked with many buyers and sellers, including first time homebuyers, second home purchasers, investors and families relocating to the Carolinas.  Mr. Materna has also trained his firm’s brokers to have a thorough knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market as well as how to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients.   

Mr. Materna graduated from Vanderbilt University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  He also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Pepperdine University.
